Instructor

Enbo Zhou he/him/his

Enbo Zhou is a PhD candidate in geographic information science (GIS) at UCSB. His research focus is developing geospatially explicit machine learning to solve geography and environment problems such as land use / land cover classification, object detection in satelite imagery. He is also interested in multimodal deep learning and self-supervised learning. He also has software engineer intern experiences at Google, Meta and Uber.

Outside of computing, his interests include basketball, hiking and eating.

Achintya Desai he/him/his

Hi, everyone! I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the CS department. My research area is automated verification techniques with Prof. Tevfik Bultan. In my research area, we deal with automating the process of program verification which prevents the code from being exploited by an adversary.

I’m a TA for CS 16 to help you with any questions you may have regarding your CS 16 coursework or computer science in general. If you need any help with the coursework or career in computer science, feel free to contact me via piazza or drop by in my student hours on Mondays(4-5pm). I’m looking forward to assist you in coding.

Zeyu(Zoey) Wang she/her

Hi, everyone! I am a first-year master’s student in the CS department. My one-year work experience as a software development engineer has given me hands-on experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications.
